Losing weight

The holiday season is rapidly approaching and weight loss is the most important thing on my mind right now.  I have to lose weight, so that I can really enjoy the holidays with my family and friends.  It’s no fun when hosting holiday parties and not being able to enjoy the good food.  So, I am concentrating on losing weight the old-fashioned way…diet, exercise and also reducing my caloric intake.

A few of my close friends and family have joined weight watchers and they have already begun shedding the extra pounds.  But, I am not going to join weight watchers.  I want to try to conquer my weight problems on my own.  I am planning to workout at a gym 5 days each week.  I plan to drink tons of water and will also substitute two meals each day, with a meal replacement drink.  Watch for updates in future posts regarding my weight loss progress.  Also, feel free to send in your before and after photos, so I can post them for you.  Good Luck MOMS!
